1

Q : Do you have price list?

A : We will create the price quotation based on your specific design. We believe in the process that started with consultation to decide printing specifications that will suit your design best and there are so many variables to consider. No, there are no price list.

2

Q : “I have this sketch / photo sample, please help me prepare the design file.”

A :

  1. In case you do not have a final design ready and have no access to a graphic designer, we are also open for graphic design service / consultation, please contact us
  2. If you have access to a graphic designer, please check this link to see how to prepare your final design file.
  3. We can only generate the price quotation if the design file is already final. Giving us a non-final design file will only increase the risk of inaccurate quotation and misunderstanding.

3

Q :  How long will it take to print?

A : A minimum order of 400 business cards (or small sized products) usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. However, multiple the amount does not mean multiple the time. 1000 business cards can still take around 3 weeks to make.  We will let you know the estimated production time at the time of consultation.

4

Q : Am I allowed to get test print / sample first?

A : No. Please understand that the machines and molds are made with mass production in mind. It is inefficient for us to set up large machines to produce 5 pieces of product as samples. However, these test prints / samples are possible :

  1. Samples from previous projects which uses same / similar printing technique.
  2. If it is a packaging product where the structure has to be confirmed, we are able to create a sample structure using the actual material (extra charge applied). However, this sample will be blank without any print. The purpose of this sample is to make sure the structure of the packaging is correct.

Q : What kind of paper do you have?

A : Though we might have several paper that we use more often than the others, we do not want to limit ourselves to only use a selected range of paper. We believe that a paper have to be selected based on the purpose of the design. Thus, several ways to decide what paper to use are :

  1. Tell us what kind of paper are you looking for (textured, smooth, off-white, etc) and we can recommend the paper to you
  2. Show us your design, and ask us what paper suits the design best.

6

Q : I am based outside of Indonesia, can I see the paper?

A : We have sample packages of past projects using different paper and printing techniques ready to ship worldwide. A specific request of paper sample is also possible upon request (extra charge may apply depends on availability)

7

Q : Do you ship to Singapore / Australia / Japan / etc

A : Yes, we ship worldwide, though shipping from Indonesia is quite famous for being more expensive than world standard. We recommend you to consult your local international courier regarding picking up package from Indonesia and ship it to your country. This might make the shipping cost considerably cheaper.

8

Q : Please use Pantone Color XXXXX !

A : While we use Pantone Swatches as color guide, we DO NOT USE Pantone Inks. We use Cemani Toka Inks, which is made in Indonesia. This means we can not achieve 100% similarity with Pantone Inks.

Cemani Toka Swatches are available upon request, contact us here.

9

Q : I have no color swatch, just use the color similar with my design file!

A : There is NO WAY that print on paper will result in color like what you see on a screen. In the case that you only have the design file as color guidance and no specific color swatch (Pantone, Cemani Toka, etc.). We will compare your file from an Apple iPad 9.7” 2018 screen, match it with the closest color from Cemani Toka swatch, and use it as color guide. Agreeing to this process means you are giving us complete freedom to decide which color from the swatch is the closest to your file, and the color that resulted from this process is non-negotiable.
